I got this mannequin head to build a fursuit head upon. I had trouble finding any that were actually adult sized heads in my local hobby chains. This one is accurate to ‘about 22 inches’ as in the description. I was able to easily bulk it up to 24″ with some addition of a round of 1/2″ upholstry foam. It takes pins very well, being made of styrofoam. It’s got a hole in the bottom for mounting on a stand.As for defects, the nose was ever so slightly dented, and the top layer of black felting rubs off with some friction against cloth; I’m guessing it was sprayed on, so there is just an outer layer of residue. It works fine and doesn’t bother me for my uses. I have no issue with these ‘defects’ and so they didn’t take away from my rating.
